DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Webber International's Kristen LeFan has earned the Sun Conference Pitcher of the Week honors for the fourth time this season, the conference office announced Monday.
LeFan pitched eight innings for the Warriors in a 2-0 win over Mount Mercy College, striking out 15 batters and giving up only three hits. LeFan currently ranks No. 1 in the NAIA in strikeouts. In 18 games played, the senior from Auburdale, Fla. has pitched 103.1 innings and totaled 176 strikeouts, averaging 15.33 strikeouts per contest.
The Warriors are now 20-13 overall.
