DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Sun Conference announced today that Lindsay Garchinski of Warner is the Softball Player of the Week for games played Apr. 12-18, 2010.
Garchinski, a senior left-fielder, extended her hitting streak to nine games to help the Royals take two out of three games in the conference series against SCAD. She hit her fourth home run of the season and third consecutive homer in a conference series to lift the Royals past the Bees. She now leads the team with 31 RBIs.
