St. Thomas qualifies for NAIA National Tournament after strong play in Sun Conference Tournament

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - St. Thomas' Baseball team qualified for the NAIA National Tournament with their stellar play in the Sun Conference Tournament.  STU beat two teams in the top-25 last week to qualify for the NAIA Regionals.

The Bobcats are part of 5-team pairing that includes Embry-Riddle, Faulkner (Ala.), Rio Grande (Oh.), and Union (Ky.). STU will face Union on May 18th in the #4 vs. #5 matchup, the winner of whom will play Embry-Riddle.  The opening round games for STU's bracket will be played on Embry-Riddle's campus in Daytona Beach, Fla.
